Shipping cost may vary by items.


Once we receive your order, we process your item within 2-3 business days for non-customized orders. 

We require 5-8 business days for Customized Products as it is specially created for each individual customer. 

We always try our very best to get each order to you as quickly as possible.  

We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

As soon your order is processed, we will send tracking information to the email used during purchase. It may take approximately 4-5 days delivery.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

For items received that are not as we described in our listing as well as defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.


For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.
